Mark Brown Brand Experience Director

Mark is a collaborative, creative, and results-based program manager with a background in delivering highly complex initiatives across a variety of industries. Mark has a passion for maximizing individual and team potential to drive high quality, innovative solutions that are delivered on time and on budget.

Before joining Joe Smith, Mark worked at Capital One where he most recently managed two project workstreams inside a multi-year program. Prior to Capital One, Mark worked for Richmond-based consulting firm CapTech where he led multiple projects in both the financial and retail sectors and served as the client account manager for a large financial institution. Mark began his career with Accenture where he learned the fundamentals of project delivery.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the College of William and Mary. He loves songwriting and recording music; exploring new artistic outlets like sketching, painting and photography; trying to make his wife and son laugh; and largemouth bass fishing. Oh yeah, and the Washington Redskins.
