An entrepreneur focused on developing more meaningful work for clients and teams, he started his own firm after working at the brand consultancy Prophet where he shaped the customer experience and concepting practice. His earlier role was at the marketing communications firm CRT/Tanaka, where he built the brand capability. His company Joe Smith was acquired by Padilla in 2015, and has been growing rapidly as full-service brand, innovation and design consultancy since.
