In her brand strategy role, Bryn seeks to truly understand consumer wants and motives, fostering a genuine, mutually beneficial connection. Her fascination with human behavior and her need to always understand the “why” drives her ability to uncover insights that make a difference for brands.
At Joe Smith, Bryn has worked with a variety of clients, including Pratt & Whitney Canada, Capital One and Chick-fil-A. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Haverford College and a master’s degree in creative brand management from the VCU Brandcenter.
Outside of work, Bryn enjoys playing with her dog, spending time with family and friends, going to the movies, running and testing out different hot sauces (she doesn’t recommend mixing those last two).
