It’s a brand conundrum as old as time – a local favorite hits a brand equity plateau and needs help reclaiming its identity to get its groove back.  

For Feast Market and Café, which was just emerging from the retail haze of the pandemic, there was no time to waste. We staked out inside the shop, talked to as many customers as we could, got in-depth intel from employees and took a good long look at the competitive landscape.    

This speedy sleuthwork led us to the sweet spot for Feast’s identity and opened the door to a new world of possibilities in the form of brand experiences.
