Organizing offers around customer needs
One of L3Harris' first steps in fulfilling their promise to be "all in on your mission," was to restructure their offer around customer needs. Dozens of disparate products were distilled into two simple categories: XL Devices and Two47 Solutions, Systems, and Services, with subcategories within each targeted to specific industries and need states. This paved the way for a series of successful product launches that showcased an increasingly relevant, confident, and "all in" L3Harris.
