While traveling the world talking to Saputo’s employees to define a global employer brand, we learned a lot about the recruiting experiences of recent hires. By pairing our findings with the input of recruiters, we developed a journey map that illustrated the various paths a candidate could take—from first impression to their first day on the job.
In a workshop with Saputo's HR team, we evaluated the map together, brainstorming improvements to both back-end processes and candidate interactions that would infuse the Employee Value Proposition into the recruiting experience. We then designed a series of signature experiences to bring the EVP to life at key moments. Assessing and reimagining the candidate’s journey has helped Saputo deliver a simplified and impactful recruiting experience.
