Recruiting Video Series

With its new employer brand, Saputo sought to give candidates a glimpse into what it looks and feels like to work there. We traveled to multiple manufacturing sites and offices to get the goods from the employees themselves. The result was a series of recruiting videos that give candidates a taste of what awaits them on other side of the application process – a can-do culture, a caring team, and growth in their own way.
