Despite its history of bringing groundbreaking technologies to market, Wesco was struggling to recruit the talent it needed to deliver ingenuity in the years to come.

After diagnosing the problem, we aimed to upend the lackluster perception younger candidates had of the industrial supply chain by showing how Wesco offers what most marquee employers cannot–the chance to build more of yourself into your career.

“Never Stop Building” became the rallying cry for a campaign that used video and digital animation to show how lifelong passions are parlayed into professional success at Wesco, sparking a dramatic acceleration in hiring.
